One of our most popular massages. Using scented massage oils or lotions and a variety of Swedish massage techniques, I will help you ease your tension and reach a state of deep relaxation. Many of my clients become so relaxed, they fall sound asleep! Relaxation massage is great gift to give OR receive and we can customize your session according to your needs. Opt for a full-body general relaxation massage or ask your practitioner to focus attention on your specific trouble spot such as back, neck, or shoulders.
Couple’s Massage
Couple’s Massage is romantic and bonding for couples (and even fun to do with your best friend)! Relax side by side as scented steamed towels are gently applied to your backs and necks followed by a deeply relaxing aromatherapy relaxation massage in a romantically lit room. Couple’s Massage is a very special massage experience. Please let us know if you are celebrating a special occasion.

Couple’s Gentle Massage Instruction
Private Community Education Session with a licensed massage practitioner. Bring your best friend and learn how to give each other a relaxing massage at home with the instruction and assistance of a licensed massage practitioner! You will each take turns giving and receiving a gentle Swedish relaxation massage. Afterward, we’ll send you home with a spa music CD and a bottle of massage oil so that you may practice further on your own.
Deep Tissue/Triggerpoint Massage
Goodbye tension! This technique is intended to help you to release chronic muscle tension through slower strokes and more direct pressure or friction applied across the grain of the muscles. This invigorating experience is a process of detection of stiff or painful areas (trigger points) by determining the quality and texture of the deeper layers of musculature and slowly working into the deeper tissue structures of the muscle and fascia with your assistance as you perform deep breathing exercises. As with all massage, it can help you release tension in the tissues and/or have a psychological release.
Heated Stone Massage
A special massage that uses smooth, heated basalt stones and aromatic massage oils. This is a deeply soothing, relaxing form of massage considered by some to be something of a cleansing ritual to rid the body and spirit of negative thoughts. At the very least, you’ll find the deep heat from the stones warms you and aids in the release of muscle tension often more quickly than in traditional massage. Heated stone massage is great for chilly days or anytime you need that additional muscle warmth!
Three Cedars Signature Massage
This popular massage begins with wonderfully scented steamed towels applied to your back and neck to warm your muscles and tissues, a cedar/citrus scent with the perfect combination of Relaxation Massage and Deep Tissue/Triggerpoint Massage.
